Why do some stores say “not published yet”?

Stores usually announce holiday cutoffs in November. As of Sep 27, 2026, 0 of 11 stores had published one. We check again as the season gets closer.

Will they pay fees at the door?

It depends on the store. Some state that duties are included, and some ship from within the US. See alpaca gifts that ship from the US and our customs guide.

Each store sets its own returns. Every product page shows the store's returns policy, quoted and dated. Gift pages list them store by store.
